Family Constellation Workshop November 2012
Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT)
Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Open your mind.
Discover new ways to look at problems, families and relationships.
Live in greater harmony with yourself, your families and partners, and society.
Carina Scotland offers a unique approach based on the Family constellations.
While traditional therapies typically focus only on the client, Family Constellations works with a whole picture of the individual as part of a larger set of systems – family, community, ethnic group and so on. It has an extraordinary capacity to clarify hidden forces that often include previous generations or rejected elements, which may be actively entangling you in the here and now.
Many of us grew up in families and cultures that veered away from difficult truths, constellations often give the chance to look truth in the face and speak it out with compassion and love, getting a feeling of what its like to really mean what we say and hear others say what they mean.
When & Where
The Family Constellations workshops are led by Clare Crombie.
Clare is an experienced UKCP Registered psychotherapist, supervisor and workshop leader, living and working in Edinburgh.
She trained at the Gestalt Centre London, UK between 1989 and 1994, and first started to incorporate the Family Constellations approach into her practice after seeing Bert Hellinger work in London in 1996. Clare has gone deeply into the experiential and theoretical study of the constellation work. This continues to be an evolving process, which has been personally, and professionally transforming.
Since the International Constellations Intensive was started in Germany in 2000 she has attended seven times and learned there with Hunter Beaumont and many of the senior constellators in Germany, USA and the UK. She is an active member of the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) and an assistant editor for: ‘The Knowing Field’.
