Carina Scotland offers a unique approach based on the Family constellations.

This workshop will be facilitated by Clare Crombie and Sheila McCarthy- Dodd.

Clare and Sheila and  have been working in the Family constellations field for nearly 20 years, and along the way they have gathered together a basket of tools, skills and knowledge about various approaches to change and personal growth. The combination we want to offer to you, centres around the systemic approach – using constellations as a tool for healing.

However hard we work on our own habits and behaviour, our patterns of thinking and emotional trauma, we can still be held back in our lives due to the energy field of our family of origin, and our connection -through love and loyalty – to the suffering in our family.

Family constellations provide an opportunity to get clearer about the ways in which we are still entangled, and they can help to reveal some clues about the steps we need to take, to begin the process of release.

The day will include ‘Mindfulness of breathing’ exercises (including some simple movement and walking meditations) as wonderful support.
