Event Details

Your London to Amsterdam challenge will see you cycling 112 miles over two days and through two countries. The challenge starts in North London and finishes next to the Royal Palace in Amsterdam.

On your first day you will head out of London into Essex towards Colchester and then off onto relatively traffic free roads to Harwich. You then cross by overnight ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland.  Your final day is slightly less arduous and affords you the time to get to know your group and form a real team spirit as you journey through the Netherlands on flat non hilly cycle tracks.  You cycle straight into Amsterdam, over canal after canal, to the Royal Palace.  Here you can celebrate your achievement in style with a glass of champagne, before going to your hotel and having a celebration meal.  You return home the following day with some well earned comfort on the Thalys high speed train to Brussels and then the Eurostar to King’s Cross St Pancras.

A deposit of £100 is payable upon registration and you must pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £1200.
