Powerful show tackling homophobia and all forms of bigotry ideal for schools and colleges. This event is supported by the Oval House and is part of the LGBT History Month Pre -Launch and we are including it to inspire schools to be involved in the vital work to eradicate all forms of bullying especially homophobia. All schools are now bound by the public duty of of the Equality Act 2010 which states
In carrying out their functions, public bodies will be required to have due regard to the need to:
1) Eliminate conduct that is prohibited by the Act, that is discrimination, harassment and victimisation
2)Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it,
3)Foster good relations across all characteristics - between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it.
This show is availible to be booked by schools and is a powerfulway to explore the issues
come and see it for yourself.
