This Brachers Employment Law Update is essential for all HR Managers, Industrial Relations Managers, Team Leaders and others involved in managing staff and the implementation of HR policies.
This interactive workshop will provide an update on recent case law and important new development. For example:
- Redundancy Law review of recent cases on pooling and selection.
- Discrimination Law Update including updates on the ability to justify discriminatory acts
- Unfair Dismissal Law Update including disciplining twice for the same offence!
- TUPE Law Update – recent cases on service provision changes.
- Employee, Worker or Neither – Employment status recent cases.
The session will conclude with a question and answer session.
