This is followed by a sumptuous 2 course lunch with selected wines, coffee and chocolates. Guests will then be escorted on foot next door to Hurlingham Park and into the Club Marquee in the private Corporate Enclosure where they will stay for the rest of the afternoon/evening. All wine, beer and soft drinks are fully inclusive once in the Corporate Enclosure and a full afternoon cream tea by Rhubarb is served from 4pm to 5:30pm as a standing buffet. Both the Club Marquee and garden are furnished with casual lounge-style furniture and guests will also have access to private VIP bathroom facilities. The garden sits directly alongside the polo field and offers direct views out of the entire Park. Last orders are taken at 8:30pm and Grounds close at 9pm sharp.

The marquee is themed and furnished with casual, lounge-style furniture both inside and out. On arrival, the check-in staff will hand one Veuve Clicquot token to each guest which is then redeemable at the bar inside the marquee. The token may be redeemed at any time throughout the day. All wine, beer and soft drinks are fully inclusive once in the Club Marquee and a full afternoon cream tea by Rhubarb Food Design is served in a buffet format from 4pm to 5:30pm.
