A lively discussion on the roles and responsibilities of the chair in chairities and community groups, with a view to formulating "best practice" ideas from each of the following topics:
1. The Role of the Chair:

- Mediator or Mentor?
- As a representative - 'to' and 'from'.
2. Responsibilities:
- Legal.
- Financial.
- To the Stakeholders - and the Third Sector?
3. Summary of 'best practice'.
