"Judicial Review of Legislative and Administrative Action - An Australian Perspective"
In the second of our 'Chief Justice' events this year following the successful trip of the Rt Hom Beverley McLachlin, Chief Justice of Canada, the Scottish Public Law Group are delighted to welcome the Honourable Robert French AC, Chief Justice of Australia, to speak to the Scots legal community about the Australian perspective of Judicial Review of Legislative and Administrative Action.
The event will take place (by kind permission of the Lord President) in Court One, Parliament House, Edinburgh from 6.30pm until 8.30 pm and will be followed by a wine reception supported by the Faculty of Advocates.
Those interested in attending this event (which is free of charge and open to the public) should book a ticket below. Places at the events are strictly limited and a reserve list will be established to deal with over subscription.
