Who is Andy Gibney?

Andy has been called “The Derren Brown of the business world”. His blend of enthusiasm, performance and sound psychological principles leave audiences exhilarated and ready to move their lives and careers to a new level. With Andy you must expect to be challenged, to have your attitudes changed and most of all to have fun. Humour and action feature highly and you can be guaranteed that people will be talking about your event long afterwards.

World class performance

With 31 years in martial arts, including 2 world silver medals as a competitor and gold as team coach, Andy brings a top class sportman’s attitude to performance. His blend of sports psychology, NLP and other powerful results based systems combined with his innate interest in people make Andy amazingly successful at helping clients overcome phobias and personal issues that hold them back from achieving their best in life – however they personally define that. Andy trained with Richard Bandler, Tony Robbins and Paul McKenna, amongst others and continues to study the human mind.

The documentary 'Straight Talking Guy' - about Andy - was filmed and released in 2010. He is currently working on his book 'Running from insanity'. His martial arts school, based in Kettering, Northants has been established for 25 years. Andy is also in demand to teach at international martial arts seminars.  www.andygibney.com

Andy McMenemy

Describes himself as being as ordinary as the next man, but he does  admit, he has done some pretty extraordinary things in his life, and enjoys stretching his comfort zones at every opportunity. From rising up the corporate ladder (and subsequently jumping off it), to taking part in some of the world’s most extreme endurance events, to setting himself the task of beating the world record for consecutive ultra-marathons, to raising money and awareness for ABF, the Soldiers Charity…he’s not one to accept the status quo or to stand still. But he’s also keen to share his passion and drive.

It’s his mission to use his experiences to help people develop their confidence and develop a winning attitude. He challenge them to identify self-imposed limits, inspiring them to overcome obstacles on the way to delivering outstanding performance.

He works with corporate clients, small business, public sector bodies, charities and individuals.  http://www.andymcmenemy.co.uk/
