Human consciousness is taking a step to a new level where independence and inter-dependence are intensively interwoven. This development is stimulated by the almost unlimited technological capabilities of social networking and individual expression. Leadership and organizational development theories state that the missing link is right inside us. It is our emotional intelligence, which is based on our fundamental nature as empathic human beings.
We’ll show you how Empathy@ has the potential to affect every part of your organization. Empathy@Work can lead to clarification of your vision/mission, to alignment of the values of the organization and staff, to a workplace where people thrive, to truly collaborative teams, to more efficient decision-making and to improvements in client relationships
We will help you focus on the power of empathy at three levels of awareness: self-awareness, collaborative awareness and organizational awareness. Developing empathy at each level integrates motivation and action, self-expression and listening, independence and team-work, individual staff’s values and company.
We dare to say that empathy is the essential skill for all staff in any organization in order to adapt to his shift that is taking place in our society. Empathy is essential for a sustainable, interdependent, and mutually supportive global society.
What our particpants say:
"It is a save way to be vulnerable!
The Mindful Organization was a great introduction into bringing the mind and heart into the workplace. Their simple yet effective approach means that Mindfulness becomes an accessible and valuable approach to integrate into your working life. I found it a poignant reminder that all communication begins with better communication with self. Ruud and Bridget both have an easy openness about them that facilitates participants having the same; there was a great amount of synergy and connection by the end of the session."
This evening we’ll offer you a taste of the potential of our process
HOW TO develop Empathy@Work and what it can do for your organization.
COME TO THIS INSPIRING EVENING OF DOING!
Your hosts are Ruud Baanders and Bridget Belgrave
Our Empathy@Work programme is based on the Nonviolent Communication process developed by Marshall Rosenberg and the Mindfulness process developed by Jon Kabat Zinn.
