The value of corporate reputation is a key component of business and organisational performance. Positively managed, it can be a source of competitive advantage, but what is it? This workshop encourages participants to consider the role of PR in the management of reputation. What can be done to manage performance? How can a good reputation be built up and maintained? And how can a bad reputation be turned around?

Learning Outcomes
