3h Group Practical ‘Step-by-Step’ Training

Following feedback from our very successful series of seminars 'Introduction to Social Media for Business' we are now also introducing regular practical person-centred tutorials on using social media sites.

Starting with Twitter we will be holding these training sessions every month to help every business owner, manager or even full organisations getting practical and deep understanding of the site. This can be then taken to our seminars to gain a full picture of social media marketing and developed into marketing skills for business.

We will be:

• Teaching  complete beginners how to:

o    register

o    create a profile - bio, avatar image

o    set up your page - colours, background

o    set up notifications

o    start following people

o    and use twitter - tweet, retweet, direct message, mentions, #, FF ...

• And of course we will answer all your questions.

To get the most of the session and leave with fully set up profile please bring with you:

• your laptop
• a photograph of you or a company logo which you would like to use as your avatar image
• branding guidelines (if you have one) or an image you would like to use on a background. A better resolution and a bigger size is recommended.

• Sessions are 3h long 10am – 1pm, first Monday of the month
• Up to 5 people per session
