Configuring Light/Staging the Social

Configuring Light/Staging the Social is a research group of sociologists, based at LSE, who study the material culture of light and lighting. We work with lighting and design professionals, communities and anyone (hence, everyone) whose social life and space is shaped by light. We are particularly focused on how social researchers can work with practitioners and communities to make that 'shaping' more informed and more democratic.
