86 batch organisers for 2016

Task 1 -  Obtain all email contacts.

 

I see about only 20 e mail ids in this e mail. We need to obtain all of our batch mates email addresses by end of October. If some body can lead, I can assist, We all have gather in e mail info. and one of us has to create a  list and keep the record. Suresh can you lead this effort?

 

Task 2.  School holidays

As I said before 2016 is good. But we need to decide about the what part of the year is good for that. Some us may prefer to attend with families. In that case summer holidays  is the best (or only option).. Unfortunately it is not at the same time for all of us. But at least we need to gather this info. from all people who is interested in attending with families.

 

Task 3: Location

When we choose location, we need to think about the accommodation facility and food cost. I prefer Colombo, Sydney or Melbourne, where some of us can find free accommodation (Relatives, mates or other pera mates - Seniors/Juniors). None of our batch mates are in Malaysia, but I heard that is one of cheap place to have get together.
