Ali is the founder and director of Bemoore - a private therapy and coaching practise. In whatever role Ali takes on it is all about enabling her clients to feel fabulous! An award winning Therapist ,Coach and Celebrant specialising in the Science of Self-Esteem and Relationships, Ali understand that in order to feel good we need to have a strong sense of self and feel worthy and valued. . and to have a healthy and harmonious relationships and boundaries with self and others. The Bemoore Brand also is home to The Bemoore Foundation - a non for profit community interest company that gives fully funded coaching placement to support young women 11-18.

Alongside her private practise, Ali is a highly experienced public speaker and trainer. She has over 10 years experience leading global coaching programmes in one of the worlds most famous and successful companies . Ali is a regular speaker for large organisations as well as charities which support women empowerment. She was chosen as headline speaker by Historical Royal Palaces for their celebration of 100 years of votes for women at The Tower of London.

Ali is no stranger to building and running successful workshops and events. She is founder of the successful #FindYourRoar confidence workshop - one of the countries leading workshops for women. She has also hosts her own Empowerment Days. Additionally she has her own YouTube channel - The Relationship Arena.

Ali was voted National Finalist - Best Business Women Best Coach for the 2nd year running and is a Jacqueline Gold CBE #WOW winner -seen as women who run businesses that can scale and grow as well as Best Self Employed Business Women for Bedfordshire - . Ali is also the co-author of Inspirational, Fabulous and Over 40 - a collection of stories of inspirational women who have created change in their 40's.

She holds an advanced diploma in Life Coaching, a Bsc Hons in Behavioural Psychology (member of the British Psychological Society) , an advanced diploma in Jungian Therapy and is an Advanced Member and current Chair of Council for the Association for Evidence Based Psychotherapists .
