Asian Jasmine Yoga
My name is Iir Prihatinawati. I am Indonesian. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) at Yoga Alliance UK. I did my yoga teacher qualification in Ubud, Bali and in summer 2015 I moved to the beautiful city of Cambridge.
I learned yoga in my early life as compliment to help me breathing due to my asthma problem which then lead to asana practice. Yoga became my regular practice when I was pregnant with my first child.
In 2010-12 I had my first experience of living in the UK, in Cambridge where I indulged myself with as many yoga styles as I can possibly obtain. I was a fan of Bikram, addicted to Vinyasa and Ashtanga (and still am), enjoyed so much of the Jivamukti. In 2013, I moved back to Indonesia where I keep up my Ashtanga and Vinyasa at home with my children and sometime went to Ashtanga classes taught by Martin Elliyanto. During my home practices, friends started coming over joining my practice which then grew into my early teaching classes.
In 2015, I completed my Vinyasa teaching qualification with Frog Lotus Yoga (FLY) in Ubud, Bali under the guidance of Vidya Jacqueline Heisel; Alicia Bargh; Jenilee Toner; and Maria Abel
