I'm a Mum, Wife & BusinessWoman, author, teacher, animal lover, friend, and I've always got your back kind of person. I am passionate about helping people to live life on their own terms, breaking down internal barriers to freedom and peace of mind and helping people to do it their own way!

I teach a variety of different courses including my signature course"Reinventing YOU" which includes online coaching and retreat experiences around the world alongside my unique Transformational Hypnotherapy & Coaching Accredited Diploma.

I live in Scotland and split my time working between Edinburgh and Fife, I am passionate about living life to the full, and believe that to do this one must keep everything uncomplicated and straightforward, especially our thinking.
