Caroline is the founder of Caroline's Plant-Based and cooks up a storm of delicious, fresh and vibrant whole, plant-based meals from her kitchen - Caroline's Plant-Based Kitchen.

She shows you how easy it is to switch to a whole food, plant-based diet every day of the week so you can regain your health, lose weight and have more energy so you can start to enjoy your life again.

Caroline holds a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through eCornell, T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and is a Food for Life Instructor with Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

She delights in teaching you how to cook whole, plant-based meals from her kitchen so you can then cook them for yourself at home.
