Centre for New and International Writing (Department of English)

The Centre for New and International Writing in University of Liverpool's School of the Arts promotes a global literary dialogue through the study of Creative Writing. Our Miriam Allott Visiting Writers Series, held annually in the School of the Arts, has invited some of the most exciting and original writers and thinkers from all over the world, including Singapore, India, France, Canada, the United States, Morocco, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Jamaica and Belarus, among others. In the true spirit of internationalism and cultural exchange, the Centre aims to bring the best of British writing and writing abroad to Liverpool.
