I am a strategist, coach and mentor who specialises in working with independent creative businesses.

For 17 years (1995-2012) I was MD of my own web design agency, which my business partner Jon Waring and I grew from zero to a seven figure turnover.

Since the end of 2012 I've been helping the founders of creative businesses in Bristol and Bath with strategy and as a general sounding board / shoulder to cry on!

I am also a Director of Bristol Media.
