The Midlands Area Partnership (MAP) is a regional group of 8 branches in the Midlands area which combine to cover 14,500 CIPD members. The group aims to promote the CIPD purpose of championing better work and working lives thoughout the Midlands region by sharing best practice, improving links between the individual branches and providing networking opportunities for all our members.

The Midlands Area Partnership holds an annual regional event each year, the next one will be taking place on Saturday 8 October at Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire on the theme Building Workplaces for the Future. Keynote speakers will include CIPD CEO Peter Cheese, Tim Jones from Network Rail and motivational speaker Joy Marsden, Full event are available on the MAP events webpage and you can booked your place online. MAP also organises an annual student conference and the next one will take place at Aston University in Birmingham during March 2017.
