Hi, I'm Patrick Olszowski, the founder of Outrageous Impact. My passion is for growing the impact of charities. I have spent 15 years leading teams in the sector, up to Director-level. My works draws on the Human Centered Design model, to help Senior Charity Leaders understand what people who matter to them reallythink, feel and need. Not just what they say they need (the two are often VERY different). Using this insight I help charities to redesign themselves, delivering new products, services, and structures to improve people’s lives faster.

Dirk Slater is the FabRider in FabRiders, a consultancy which focuses on improving the effectiveness of social change efforts through: utilising data and technologies, facilitation of participatory workshops and events, and developing strong organisations and networks. Dirk has more than two decades experience working with activists and advocates in over thirty countries on a variety of social change issues including: the empowerment of marginalised communities, defending the right to freedom of expression, and improving governmental transparency and accountability.
