Emma C Browning, is an experienced senior HR specialist, with a proven track record in delivering professional, commercial and practical HR solutions to SME's.
Emma has spent the last 15 years of her career in HR and has worked within the manufacturing and engineering industries, professional services and the automotive sector. At a strategic level, this included implementing change management programmes and re-organisations and creating learning and development strategies which have helped these businesses to adapt and deliver the required results to their stakeholders. On a day-to-day operational level, it has involved the setting up of basic HR Policies and Procedures, dealing with long term sickness absence cases, complex employee relations issues, as well as all aspects of recruitment.
Emma likes to inject a sense of humour into her work is fun to work with, despite the difficult nature of some of the issues she has to deal with and most of all she is very pragmatic in her approach.
Emma recognises that every business is unique and has its own set of challenges, but the one thing that all businesses have in common is their people. Without good people, you don’t have a good business. People are her passion and it’s her mission to help you create the right people policies and practices that will ensure you attract, retain and motivate your people to deliver great business results.
