MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards launches his own catering company that offers unique, interactive dining in any venue.
The name he chose for his company is more than just a meaningless buzzword. Etch means to imprint, define & impress and the brand is all about giving guests a 'wow experience'. The main focus is on food but Steven want's to create an experience that's etched in peoples memories.
The companies signature style involves getting up and personal with the clientèle which Steven calls 'interactive dining'. Chefs prepare and serve the food in front of the guests explaining the history of the dish and where the ingredients have come from.
