Events and Moves

Events & Moves is a small organisation that is growing with every event they hold since holding their first in 2014. When the founder Nadege Louvet teamed up with the reputable Tara Stiles, she came all the way from America to participate. From that day Nadege discovered a passion in bringing people together to practice Yoga in suitable environments.

Based in London Events & Moves has the vision to bring in new and experienced Yogis from across the international stage, and has created a great following on social media through their page Strala Yoga London. https://www.facebook.com/stralayogalondon/  

They offer a truly unique experience for people interested in learning Yoga through to committed professionals and cater for all levels at their specially designed events. They plan to provide the highest level of comfort in every event held in their specially chosen studios that creates a friendly, warm and cosy environment for you to practice in.

Now after 2 years and a half of organising & participating in Yoga events across London Nadege decided that because Yoga is about helping people live better lives then it’s time to find a charity that she could work with to give even more. And because of her interest in Nepal and the Yoga that is taught there she decided to team up with the UK registered charity Education & Health Nepal.
