FastTrack Fit Camp

Heidi Strickland-Clark has been in the fitness industry since 2000 when she qualified as a personal trainer. However it was group fitness that really lit her fire and she's been involved in teaching group fitness in the wider Wokingham community since then.

Heidi believes that we know what it takes to be healthy but sometimes life gets in the way of us getting there. She's not met a person yet who knows they should be eating more vegetables and drinking more water but finds it hard to consistently do. She also has an aversion to micro managing food and exercise for the average adult who wants to look good in a pair of jeans and not think twice before putting on a swimming cozzie.

We don't need to manage our macros and our calories. We don't need to track our steps and our sleep hours. What we need is a practical approach to how we eat, how we move and how we think about ourselves so that the basics are taken care of before we try to make more changes.

Heidi has two adult daughters, loves big sky and a glass of red.
