FirstCare Ltd

Established in 2004, FirstCare have grown to become the UK’s leading Day One Absence Management provider. We pioneer new approaches to the management, and reduction, of absence in both the public and private sector.

Our whole operation, ranging from the nurses that handle absence calls in our London based contact centre, to the IT Developers that build and maintain our systems in the very next room, is entirely in-house. This gives us the ability to maintain secure management systems, foster a culture of teamwork and take an agile approach to meeting our customer’s needs as and when they change.

On the subject of our customers, they range from organisations employing no less than 500 staff, to large public sector bodies that employ thousands, to international household brands that employ tens of thousands. Our experience with these clients, combined with the benefits of having an in-house development team, enables FirstCare to provide our customers with a fully customised service that will help to:
