Fundamental Architectural Inclusion & Birkbeck University London

Fundamental Architectural Inclusion is an architecture centre that seeks new ways for communities to participate in the transformation of their neighbourhoods. Based in East London Fundamental is one of a network of centres nationwide which enable greater public involvement in and understanding of architecture, the built environment and public space.

Since 1823, Birkbeck has forged its own path in higher education, reaching out to working Londoners and making the highest quality university education available to students from less advantaged groups. With the new University Square Stratford site, Birkbeck has strengthened its presence in East London, where it has been offering its unique evening teaching model for the past 5 years.
