Gavin Burt DO. BSc (Hons) Ost Med
Gavin graduated in 1998 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, London, with a first class honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine.
He ran a clinic in Auckland, New Zealand, for 3 years before returning to the UK in 2001 to work in Kentish Town, London. In February 2006 he opened Backs and Beyond, in the leafy suburb of Dartmouth Park in North London.
Gavin is a keen runner, so make sure you don't get him onto the subject (especially if you are not a runner!), and has treated amateur and elite runners alike, including Paula Radcliffe.
He taught at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine from 2001 to 2003, and has been a member of the General Osteopathic Council communications committee.
He is also the founder of the running injury website www.runninginjuryoracle.com, and writes a blog for www.runnersworld.co.uk
