Fr James Leachman, O.S.B, S.L.D. is a monk of Ealing Abbey, London, emeritus associate tenured professor at the Pontifical Liturgical Institute, Rome, and guest professor at the Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven Belgium (KU Leuven)
In 1992 he was instrumental in founding the Benedictine Study and Arts Centre, Ealing, now renamed Benedictine Institute, of which he is principal. 
He is co-founder of the project Appreciating the Liturgy and founding member of the Institutum Liturgicum London. He is principal of College for Life.
He teaches the Latin language, Liturgical Spirituality and Monastic Studies in Ealing and has submitted an application to study for the International Diploma in Process Oriented Psychology in London.
