I went to my first TM this year and was amazed and inspired by the teachers and NQTs who just shared their ideas and thoughts. I've since delivered keynotes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbAn5PqmS84&spfreload=10) for a few other TM and have learned more at them that I have done on all of the INSET days I've ever attended! I want to bring people together and open doors for those fantastic teachers in Milton Keynes who show up with their whole self and engage learners every day.
