Chef Jorge Baumhauer da Silva is currently guest resident chef at The London Foodie Supper Club serving his colourful and vibrant menu inspired by his South American roots.
Having been head chef and menu developer for CevicheUK restaurant group for the past three years, chef Jorge is now the creator of Passports & Spices; a series of supper clubs inspired by his travels and food adventures.
