Leith Hill Musical Festival
Leith Hill Musical Festival (conducted by Ralph Vaughan Williams for 50 years) brings together over two thousand singers for five days every year, to perform an extraordinary variety of choral works. On a recent visit, Judith Weir, Master of The Queen’s Music, found "RVW's wonderfully humanitarian musical vision in full working order" and described his legacy as “liberal, artistic, grounded and generous”.
