I'm a Positive Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist and University Lecturer.
I am a busy person but I believe in contributing to my community. I run a number of free events in the New Forest and set up the New Forest Laughter Club 5 years ago.
We meet (generally although occasionally the date is changed) on the second Saturday of the month at Fenwick Wellbeing Centre where I also run my Wellbeing and Clinical Hypnotherapy Practice.
