Matt Caulfield Training and Consultancy is Birmingham and the Midlands longest running dedicated NLP delivery company and now runs training throughout the UK.

A Robust Qualification

Many companies offer ‘Neuro-Linguistic Programming training’, but only a select few provide genuine NLP accreditation in accordance with the requirements laid down by its co-creator, Dr Richard Bandler.

We are one of the very few UK training organisations that offer qualification from The Society of NLP. Formed in 1979 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It is the first and largest NLP certification, training, validation and quality control organisation in the world.

A Proven Training Track Record

Unlike many training companies out there today, I have been involved directly within NLP since 1998 and have over a decade’s experience in delivering Neuro-Linguistic Programming courses. In that time I have run over 50 NLP Practitioner trainings, either public trainings or in house for companies and organisations.

I use these experiences in my trainings to generate examples and exercises to help you learn to apply NLP in whatever field you wish.

A Course Built Around YOU

Most importantly, my training is designed around you.

In public trainings, all groups are kept small and are more like public private coaching sessions. As well as learning NLP, you will be using it to make changes in your life.

If I work in house for you I will take the time to understand your organisation and needs rather than offering “off the shelf” training packages.

I teach my training with a lack of bias, so previous students have included NHS professionals, HR managers, coaches, therapists, teachers, business owners, sports professionals and trainers, often all on the same course!
