Mike Frisby - Property Business Accelerator

My name is Mike Frisby and I’m the founder of the Property Business Accelerator Mentorship & Training Group.

I have built up a high yielding & cash-flow rich, multi-million pound residential property portfolio across the South East of England since 2006 after leaving the corporate world.

I’m most well-known in the industry for my various Housing Benefit & Universal Credit strategies producing high income opportunities as well as my HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) expertise where I specialise in delivering high end, premium & affordable HMO living spaces for the millennial market.

Over my 16 year property career I have started various successful property businesses including my own estate agency in Portsmouth which looks after my & other landlords properties. Through working partnerships, networking and mentoring – I am able to use my vast property experience to open up opportunities to aspiring investors to get them on the investment ladder or to help them look at new property strategies to buy more properties. I also use my in-depth business knowledge to help advanced investors up-scale their investing, often to leave full-time employment or to run and replicate their own property business like me.

Prior to the Pandemic, I was a frequent speaker at a number of industry events, a contributor for many specialist publications & organised various property conferences such as The Co-living Super Conference which took place in June 2019 (a 200+ Sold OUT event). I also used to host one of the biggest property network meetings in London.

In 2022 I am mostly focusing on running & hosting various property courses as part of my Property Business Accelerator Programme & I'm so excited to once again be hosting our in-person HMO Commercial Finance Cheese & Wine networking events in the City.
