We help organisations to be more like people.

We are a small group of freelancers working with non-profit, voluntary,  community, social change, educational, environmental justice and non-governmental organisations and trade unions, to help reinstil a sense of humanity in the ways we organise ourselves for a better world.

We believe passionately in human potential, and want to foster systems and structures that encourage, rather than restrict it.

We offer learning from places our organisations have for too long ignored, bringing unique insights to complex and challenging organisational questions.

We thrive at the junctures between personal and organisational change; institutions and movements; social technology and face-to-face relationships.
