Healthy eating cookery classes run by Emily Hawkes, who shares her passion for cooking and good food in relaxed, intimate classes of no more than 8 participants.
She has a keen interest in health and what affects your diet has on the body and the recipes she teaches are a reflection of that. The recipes all use wholegrain, unrefined, natural and fresh seasonal ingredients and this results in deliciously healthy dishes that are simple and easy to make.
