Neil Gilbride

Neil Gilbride is a PhD student at the University of Bath and a Lecturer in Educational Leadership at the University of Gloucestershire. 

His PhD is focusing on exploring the ego development of school leaders in England. This cutting edge work has already been covered in the TES and at a number of international conferences across education, leadership and adult development.
