No Agency is not a recruitment company. We develop and manage what we like to call Talent Discovery events. By organising and managing bespoke events with our clients we have created a new way for start-ups and SME’s to approach the search for new talent by having the right conversations and developing the right connections.

No Agency’s boutique events are built around the needs of our clients. We provide an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for candidates and companies to meet, network and gain a better understanding of what they might achieve together.

We take the time to understand the motivations and requirements of both job seekers and employers, and create unique events that provide a platform to educate and help fill roles.

By putting candidates and companies together in the same room we are able to facilitate the recruitment process in a new way, by giving the power back to you. We don’t work on percentage rates and we don’t send over endless CVs. We work with our clients and candidates to ensure the right people are meeting, working and growing together.
