I am a coach and psychotherapist, specialising in issues of sex and sexuality.

Open Connection was born out of a frustration that London, as one of the most progressive capitals in the world, did not have enough spaces for men to discuss and explore sexual topics in an open, safe and authentic way.  

In addition, my passion for creating such spaces stems from the huge benefit I believe people can get from experiencing themselves in a group.  A group is often one of the most direct means to gauge our effect on others, and therefore become more aware of who we are.
