Open Data Sheffield
Open Data Sheffield is a community of citizens, data entrepreners, geeks, academics, journalists, local authority staff, third sector workers and public data providers collaborating to increase public sector transparency in the region and make it easier for citizens to understand the decisions and services that affect them.
Meetups happen at the Rutland Arms in Sheffield on the third Monday of every month, from 6pm - 8pm.
You can also keep up-to-date and follow the developments by joining in the online group. There is a Twitter channel (@opensheffield) and hashtag (#datashf) that you may want to follow.
Open Data Sheffield meetups are organised by the Better With Data Society, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving open data engagement, supply and demand.
