Rach and Lewis

Rach and Lew are both certified yoga teachers, with a twist, as Lew is also a fully qualified martial arts instructor and Rach also has an extensive background in martial arts training. 

They both also come from a musical background. Rach is a fully qualified dance teacher with a wide ranging experience of styles including HipHop & freestyle dance. Lew is also a professional musician, singer/songwriter & DJ. The diversity of these elements coming together, along with passion for creativity and expression, have given rise to the concept of Om & Bass.
