Savvy Sarah (Savvy Conversations®)
Our concept was born in 2013, following a pivotal conversation with a client. We have already trained and worked with several thousand people like you, using our Concept and powerful Framework to ensure we are all having the right conversations in the right way at the right time.
Sarah Harvey (aka !) is a training facilitator, organisational development consultant and executive coach with over 20 years leadership experience. Drawing on the experience she gained through more than 10 years in senior HR operations and transformation roles, she has been working independently since 2003 when she established her company, Savvy People Management Ltd.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Fellow of the ILM, Sarah holds a Post Graduate (Level 7) Diploma in Personnel Management and a Post Graduate (Level 7) Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching. She has a particular interest and passion for psychology and it’s application in the workplace and so in 2017 began studying part-time for a BSc (Hons) with the Open University.
