Shiloh Community Centre (SCC) was formed in June 2006 by members of the Shiloh Apostolic Church and is the community arm of the church who work to promote ways of improving integration of the church with the local community of West Bromwich and the surrounding areas, in particular by making better use of the two-storey building at the rear of the main church.
The Centre is based on Christian ethics and therefore it seeks to engage the Shiloh Church members as well as the community at large in activities which will enable them to develop.
Various events are are held under the banner of 'House of Shiloh'. 'House of Shiloh' represents fundraising events for the much needed atrium to link the main Shiloh Apostolic Church building with the community hall at the rear of the premises to make it 'One House'. This will improve access and visibility for children and adults around the site and and provide greater capacity for muliple events and interaction with the community of West Bromwich and beyond. Shiloh have planning permission and are working towards target of £300,000 to complete this project.
