I define my style as 'cooking without rules'. I like to combine flavours and textures from different cultures with different techniques to create amazing new flavours. I started my career in the fashion industry, as a fashion assistant with Vogue, where I had the greatest time of my life! Somewhere along the way, I fell madly in love with cooking. I thank my mum and Jamie Oliver; it's their passion that inspired me to make the change. I have never looked back. I cook to feed and nurture using wholesome ingredients. I will always be in love with cooking!
