Sonja Lockyer

Drawing on over 15 years as a yoga teacher focusing on Women's health, Sonja helps her clients understand how to create an internal environment conducive to intelligent self care.  Her work focuses on the creation of daily Wellbeing Rituals® that cultivate the feeling state of being safe, on the understanding that from here, the bodies innate intelligence will be enabled to move into profound healing.

Sonja offers tools that draw from the collective wisdom of yoga, somatic intuitive feminine priciples of earth-based Mother cultures and Western clinical bodywork.  

Her approach includes Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga asana, Qoya, Reiki, Holistic Massage, plant based Aromatherapy, the Jade Egg Practice and Reflexology.  She is currently studying Cranialsacral Therapy and works from her practice in Poole, Dorset.
