UP Projects presents: The Floating Cinema, Another Country.
Launched in 2011, The Floating Cinema has gained a reputation as one of London’s cultural highlights.
This year’s Another Country events programme includes films, talks, performance and workshops.
Spanning across three summer weekenders, the boat will travel to Hackney Wick, King’s Cross and Mile End retrospectively.
Curated in collaboration with award winning author and journalist Hari Kunzru, Another Country looks at London’s position in the world and questions how we live and work within, as well as outside of, a place that throws up as many opportunities as it does challenges.
Another Country addresses the forces that are shaping us today and asks, where is our future?
Ticket releases will be staggered over July and August.
As always, booking is essential. Be sure to get in early.
Ticket prices are dependent on specific events. Please see individual event pages for details. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Eventbrite will charge a small handling fee per ticket. If you require a VAT receipt, please email email@example.com.
