Trish Nugent has been organising Wellness Workshops for the past four years and has studied and practiced Mindfulness and Meditation for over three decades. In her twenties she regularly attended the Buddhappadipa Temple in Wimbledon, then followed one of the first Jon Kabat Zinn MBSR programmes whilst living in Amsterdam. Trish also has experience and knowledge gathered from her extensive travels in SE Asia where she has attended Meditation retreats in Thailand and India. Although grounded in Buddhist philosophy,Trish teaches using a secular approach and having witnessed the amazing benefits herself, her passion is simply to share the knowledge and experiences she has acquired & guide people on their own mindful journey. She is currently working towards an MSc.in Mindfulness through the Mindfulness Association. Trish also manages the Qui Wellbeing Clinic where she offers one-to-one Stress Reduction counselling, Holistic Healing treatments and regularly teaches Mindfulness & Meditation in group sessions.
