My events are designed for individuals seeking healing, personal growth, and the resilience to overcome life’s challenges. We combine sound healing, which trains brain waves into a relaxed, meditative state, with hypnotherapy to help reprogram subconscious patterns.Each session follows a specific theme with additional offerings tailored to the unique needs of my clients.In my private practice, I focus on healing childhood trauma, reprogramming limiting beliefs and memories, and addressing emotional responses. I also work with anxiety, depression, addictions (whether to substances or behaviors), relationship issues, phobias, fears, and enhancing sports performance.
